  Matt went above and beyond what we expected. Every single thing he promised, he did. When he got us a great price for our home, he continued to negotiate to get us more. This extra effort brought him very little, but was for our benefit. He had to redo paperwork, and resubmit it, and work back and forth with the buyers agent for our benefit.
  
  We interviewed other agencies before deciding to work with Matt. The others sent out beginning agents, that didn't seem to know what they were talking about. Matt came out at the initial meeting to go through the house and explain how he would work with us. It was Matt that continued to contact us directly and work with us all the way through the process.
  
  He promised to stage our home and take pictures to have it show like a model home, and he did just that. The first weekend it went on the market, we got 8 offers, two of them for cash!!! Our house had 3000 views on Zillow!
  
  We are so glad we chose to work with Matt Battiata! You see him on TV and wonder if he means what he is saying in his commercials. I can tell you that he means every word, and then a great deal more!
